this goes deep down to the Nietzschean Appolonian-Dionysian contradiction.
the state represents the trend of keeping things stable where as life inherently needs to evolve*. life is creation, creation is the force that moves us forward. So state should be the force that maintains life and provides the grounds for moving forward. but then there are the questions of what does it mean to evolve? how does one evolves? what if we evolve in a wrong direction? is there a wrong direction? have we actually drifted away from an appropriate evolution? what is appropriate?
*in my discourse the word evolution follows the darwinian scepticism and logic

every day someone gets mugged and stabbed, shot, chopped in pieces, butchered, boiled in water, spices added, thrown in the sewage, put into plastic bags, fed to dogs. yet my daily carnivore newsfeed informs me that cannibals don’t cook the meat. that could make more sense than all the rest killings.
frustration led billy the dog to shoot his owner. according to accurate sources the dog used to live a happy life. was living the dream. the american one. “it was the best dog in the hood” as his neighbours say. due to this unprecedented event analysts fear “the rise of the dog-squad” as they have called the revenge of unhappy dogs. maybe the time has come for dogs to settle the ownership issue. rumours say that billy the dog was set free by the police since they claimed that “there is no crime here” and the owner will be sent to a dog-phile rehab centre.
